*Please make sure to read and follow all directions before proceeding with the submission form on the Submit page.

1.Prepare required materials

  • Please download the “register. zip” from the CAT Information page(CAT List Page)
  • Prepared required materials.
  • Please prepare all required materials according to the checklist listed in the PDF file.
  • If there are missing images, or the files are not in the required file format or dimensions, you will not be able to proceed with the registration. Please check that all required materials are saved according to the listed specifications.
  • Sexually explicit and violent content will most likely be rejected by Apple. Furthermore, even if an app is successfully built with such a content using one of our platforms, if Apple rejects the content during their approval process, the app will not be available for sale on iTunes. Please review and adhere to the Restricted Content page.

2.Submit form

  • After you have gathered all the required materials, please upload the materials and enter all required information on the submission form.
  • After the confirmation of your e-mail address, please choose whether to create a “Paid app” or a “Free app”.
  • During registration, the first information we verify will be your e-mail address. After submitting the form, all communication will be made through the e-mail address you have provided. Therefore, please provide the e-mail address you check most often. Note: Only e-mail addresses (not cell phone addresses) will be accepted.

3.Submit to Apple

  • The submitted materials will be used to create the app and then sent to Apple for review.
  • After the completion of the submission, the app and its content will then be examined by Apple. The examination period usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, although it may take longer.
  • If the materials you have submitted do not meet Apple’s criteria, you will be notified by APPLIYA.
  • If the application gets throught Apple's review, a payment request email will be sent to you.

4.Payment

*There is no payment required for those who have applied to the No Service Charge Plan. Once the application is completed, we will submit registration to App Store.
  • After completion of submission, please pay to the Paypal account stated on the request e-mail within 10 days
  • Once registration is complete, a payment request e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account.
  • Please follow the directions stated inside the e-mail and make the payment within 10 days. In the case that payment is not made within the 10 days period, your registration will be canceled.
  • Once we receive payment, a notice of receipt will be sent via e-mail. Please verify that all the information is correct, and safely store the document for future reference.

5.Begin release of app

  • After the app is approved by Apple, the app will be ready for release in the iTunes App Store.
  • Once the app is released, we notify the release of your app in addition to the app’s URL (inside the App Store) and 45 promotional codes via e-mail.
  • iTunes search results using keywords for your app may not appear immediately after the release of the app, (it may take up to 1 day before your information is included in Apple’s databases). During this time, please access your app using the URL provided in the e-mail.

6.“Number of Downloads” Report

  • Once the app is released, a “Number of Downloads” report will be sent to you every two weeks.

  • The “Number of Downloads” report will include information such as total number of downloads since release, number of downloads per country, and percentage of increase or decrease in downloads between time periods.
  • The “Number of Downloads” report will be based on the summary report sent from Apple.

7.Regarding deposit of royalty payment

  • One month after the release of your app, the first “Payment Slip” (an official payment report) will be sent to you, and from that point on it will be sent at the end of each month. In the “Payment Slip”, all information will be updated (such as cancellations and returns) and the official total number of downloads will be displayed.
